Shit, how did I get myself in such a stupid situation like this?  Lovino asked himself as he walked around alone on the streets of Florence. Dreaming of You

Late at night when all the world is sleeping, I stay up and think of you...

The moon shone high in the sky one night, letting it's gentle rays shine in the face of a sleeping young man. Unable to properly sleep, the man opened his eyes to reveal red crimson eyes. He blinked a few times before sitting up on his bed and streching out his sore limbs. A yawn escaped his pale pink lips as he looked around his room almost as if he was looking for something.

Gilbert sighed and scratched his head, feeling the soft silver hair through his fingers. He threw the covers off his body and got out of bed. Looking sleepy, he walked to his bathroom to relieve himself and came back to his room, thinking of a certain event that had changed his life.

And I still can't believe that you came up to me and said I love you.

Blue eyes flashed through his memories as he opened his room window and rested his hands on the window pane, staring out into the darkness.

Only a few days ago, his brother had confessed that he was in love with him. With flushed cheeks, he whispered his feelings and pressed his lips against the albino's lips. Gilbert smiled lazily at the memory, remembering exactly what he had told Ludwig when that happened.

"Ich liebe dich auch, bruder."

I love you too, Gilbert thought to himself, smiling and admiring how beautiful and pale the full moon was. Only on a blue moon would Gilbert confess that he was a sucker for mushy and sweet confessions of love but Ludwig was able to make him smile sweetly and not smirk like usual.

Now I'm dreaming of you tonight 'til tomorrow and for all of my life. And there's no where in the world I rather be than here in my room, dreaming with you endlessly.

Gilbert yawned but continued to smile, thinking of how he would greet his brother when he would return from war. Until then, Gilbert would have to be content with seeing Ludwig in his dreams.

"Gute nacht, bruder..." Gilbert whispered and stared at the twinkling night sky, knowing that Ludwig was staring at the same sky and was whispering the same thing.
